Need help with graphic design?

I can make shirts, but I would like, its design is professional but you can come to a firm tell you what I'm looking for and then they could give me some ideas. or is there some form of a program for a good design for my shirt start to learn? (For old Men's T Approximately 16 to 30. It includes things as feminine pink with pictures, the teen queen lyrics say things like that be fun, but professional looking)
