Free Logo Generator

Greetings,

I’m in need for a free form generator that also does the following:

* Able to receive the form submissions via email while retaining the exact form’s formatting (spacing, bolded text, colored text, etc). I would also like to have this emailed to the user and the receiver.
* The other is to be able to get the form’s data in Excel some way.
* Secure (SSL or any other application)

I do really like what JotForm does, but due to strict business budget I’m unable to get it. I intend to have a limit less amount of submissions. If necessary it can be a down loadable application. (I won’t care too much if it has a logo on it)
