my church youth group is having a fund raiser v-day banquet and will be offering couples portraits. they asked me to design a background and the idea i had that i like the best is to have a screen that is basically white or off white and use a projector or overhead projector to display different images onto that screen (flowers, hearts, etc… plus probably some funny, less romantic images such as spongebob or OU/OSU logos) and have the couple have their pictures taken in front of the screen.
so what would be the cheapest and easiest way to do this?
The method you are speaking of, front screen projection, requires a very special and expensive screen. You would be better off with a chroma key green background and placing the backgrounds in on computer.

Do I need to be creative in designing websites or just good at writing code?
I love being a web designer, but I'm having a little trouble with the code looks like this. Lol, seriously, if you download free website templates on the network (www.freewebsitetemplates.com) all you have to do is right click on the css file and will open with notepad and choose and do the same with the html file. Then you can easily change the things around the background color or font and the placement and size of certain parts of the page, simply change the values. For example: body {background-color: color red: blue;} This makes the red and blue background, font color, you can go ahead and change these in green, purple, orange, black, whatever you want. They can be like this: color: # FF0000 This example is red. These things are specified in the CSS file, but to know what applies to parts site, locate the file html "Classes." A section of the page is defined by its "class" and that is how you find these sections in the CSS file. Html file, if open it in your browser to see a small box with text inside that says "blah, blah, blah," open the file in Notepad, you should be able to find the "blah, blah, blah, blah" and somewhere above this something along the lines of
