Hi,I need help please!My desktop has Intel Pentium 4 1.50Ghz processor and hyperthreading is not enabled.?
actually when i scan my computer the total speed of my processor is 2.24ghz not 1.50ghz.
The processors hyperthreading feature is not on.
I really hyper threading and how do you turn it on.
some told me to install windows xp service pack 1 and after that go to bios settings and switch hyperthreading on and off.
but i cannot see hyper threading on and off feature in bios.
but i know my desktop processor has got hyper threading which is right now not enabled and needs to be enabled.
please help!

It has to be a hyperthreading cpu usually with HT after its name if its not there you can’t turn it on 1.5Ghz cpus aren’t hyperthreading and if your is showing 2.24Ghz then it is overclocked
