Graphics Design Course

University courses for the game / graphic design?

I'm so confused with the number of different courses available. I would like something at stake. I'm really into graphics and design by example (maps, modeling, level design). The ideas and concepts to them. Any ideas? Please please advice Thanks in courses like this!
