Logo Design Sample
Ideas for a challenging theme?
I accepted a web design and logo job for a company using “pseudo gap” as its running theme. Although the company has nothing to do with the actual definition, it is their “attitude.”
All I need to get started are some ideas for colors/shapes or even a sample picture to help me get started. This is a toughy, so I don’t expect many answers.
Rough definition of Pseudo Gap: Found in Superconducting materials. It’s a gap in material that doesn’t posses any conducting properties. Voidness within conductive material.
To Spoonman: I like the dark with the white electric field idea. Thanks!
To Goosebumps…: I like the idea of simple fonts. You have a great way to portray images with words. Good descriptions of voidness with sketches, slow motion…
To Alfred: Your idea is tempting! My type of humor.
what is the company selling and what budget is there advertising, which media will they be using
you’d imagine anything that is underrated and leaves people with the awkward sensation of wanting more but not knowing why or what for – that’s a void isn’t it
simple fonts, black and white sketch drawings, soundless films, slow motion exaggeration used for a purpose other than titillation.
What would stand out amid a prolifery of people and things cloying to stand out.
saying it straight and keeping it simple = attitude
