How do I write a contract for a logo im making for someone.?
I am charging a flat fee, and giving up to three revisions on the logo design from the initial design. How should the contract look and what should I include.Just something simple to cover everything.Thanks!

XXXXXXX will provide the following services
1- design of logo for XYZ company based on initial design provided by XYZ – this will include up three revisions
Price: $XXXX
terms – whatever you want – 50% at time of order placement
balance upon completion
