Outsource World
Since most of our industries are being outsourced to India, could we outsource our prisons to the USA?
The US has the best and toughest prison system in the world, where as the UK prisons are little more than 2 star hotels, with the scum reoffending just to get back inside.
Truth is Turkish prisons are much tougher. They believe in hands on discipline. Here in the states the Prisoners seem to have more rights than the poor guy living in a shelter.
Hotpink, when you grow up a little bit then you may have the right to be wrong and criticize me. When was the last time any homeless man was given Viagra? Yet the prisoners get conjugal visits, do you know what that means? They can even get married while in prison. We have paid for some of them to get married while on death row. Now run away little girl, you bother me.
