What really is the meaning of Business Process Outsourcing?
I’ve been striving to apply to many call centers here in the Philippines. The only thing that bugs me is the time that the interviewer asks me what do I know about BPO’s.. And I want to know what the real thing is about that topic, you know, the procedures and stuff like that…

basically, BPO, is used by some company’s, to outsource some of their jobs elsewhere at a lesser wage and probably no benefits.
