Is it necessary to graduate, if you make a professional certification course design and web development?

I stay in Navi Mumbai, India. Is it necessary for the qualification of the traditional computer / etc Bsc.it because they usually learn about new technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, etc. I'm doing a course in the arena of multimedia web design.

Is there a "need"? No, I would not say it is a necessity. But it is certainly preferable. A short course in HTML is not a substitute for a 4 years degree in computer science. A computer education that, rather than how to program in a language – to learn the methods, the original theory, database, network design, etc. When I was in college, I have projects in 15 different languages. Some universities now have very few courses in new technologies -. such as web development and network as well – someone said College teaches you to learn, I think that's very true.
