What is the best and cheapest site to print my clothing designs?

Im thinking of making a small independent clothing line designs that my friends are graphic designers have produced, but I have to find a place to feel good, good price. I tried two so far to obtain samples and the quality was horrible! Anyone with experience in business any good please let me know.
