Where is the best place to commission freelance web designers?
Some friends and I are creating a forum. We’ve already established a host and web support, but need someone to design the site. I’m looking for a sleek, easy to use interface and a generally clean, aesthetic feel. Are there any websites where you can browse portfolios of different web designers? I had www.depthcore.com in mind, but they no longer have a forum or spotlights on web designers’ sites.
