Business Logo Designer

I am a graphic designer and i’m looking to branch out and start doing some freelance work. My roommates older sister wants me to design a logo/business card for a new business venture she is pursuing…what would be the correct pricing for something like this if i’ve had about 4 years experience in the field? And do I charge hourly or a flat rate?
