HAIRDRESSING/DESIGNING HELP PLZ! 10 pointz!!?
I want to be an at-home hairdresser/beauty therapist doing cutting, styling, dying, hairextensions, nails, waxing, spray tanning etc
My first question: Would people go to at-home hairdressers???
second: How much would you charge for the usual things like cutting dying etc etc???
third: What equipment would I need to do it at home??
I also want to make my own t-shirts, jumpers, and trackies with my logo on it…
How would I do that? would it be successful??
I’ve been going to the same lady who is an at home hairdresser for the past 5 years.
She charges 10 for eyebrows, 15 for cut, 10 to style, 60 for color, 40 for highlights.
I don’t know the technical names of somethings but yeah haha.
You’d need a sink and chair to wash their hair.
A barber chair to cut their hair in.
A large mirror.
One of those heat things you go under while getting your hair colored.
Quality scissors, hair dryer, straightener, curling iron.
Quality hair styling products.

professional web designers, what steps do you take in coding a website? (awkwardly worded question, see detail?
I am guessing you either draw out or photoshop a visual idea for the website but then what do you?
do you just write all the code from scratch in dreamweaver?
do you layout the website using adobe fireworks, then export it to dreamweaver and finish up the code?
or something else?
I honestly just draw out a schematic and let the customer decide it they like it or not. It’s a huge waste of time if they don’t approve of it and you start coding.
Afterward create graphic on Photoshop / Firework (depending if you need vector scaling) .(background / toolbar / links / etc)
Then finally, CSS and code in DreamWeaver.

How to design a professional website online?
I am setting up a new business and because of shortage of funds, I will prefer designing my own website. I want a professional
All I need is a good website with all necessary tools and options to create a good website (not just a basic one). I want news section, My personalized images, and options to pay online.
Please tell me what website I should use. I will highly appreciate if you give me good links. Thanks in advance
Such a website is easily achievable by yourself, this is of course providing you know what you are doing in terms of website development, however I am going to (perhaps wrongly) assume that you are not experienced with developing such a site.
Given that you are not willing or are unable to pay someone to do it, there are other options(However be aware that by not paying someone to do it, you may not get exactly what you want)
Not to worry though, you can use some pre-build systems which provide a content management system: One worth mentioning is Joomla:
www.Joomla.org provides a generic content management system for your website, all you need to do is find a suitable front end(What the customer sees) for it. There are several developers out there who spend some time developnig free(ior for low cost) front end designs which are easy to use with the joomla architecture.

What are the “Alternate names” of the NFL teams??
Every team has copyrighted “Alternate team names” and i was curious where i can find the list of these names. For example, when the Oilers moved to Nashville and wanted to become the Titans they had to “buy” the name from the Jets because they had it listed as an alternate name.The Oilers had Wildcatters and Roustabouts as alternate names. The NFL has every team choose 2 or 3 different names and then they are “copyrighted” and no one else can use them. I think Indy has Stallions as an alternate name…. Also every team has alternate logos and uniform/ helmets designs. Does anyone know what website these can be found?
The NY titans were a real team that existed in the beginning of the NFL in 1961 and 1962. in 63 they changed their name to the Jets but the franchise still had the rights to the name Titans so the Tennessee franchise had to purchase the rights. Not all teams have “alternate names” but some have changed their team name at one point or another. I am NOT interested in jobs where they ask you to pay up front for an information kit. I feel if a company is on the up and up it wouldn’t ask a future employee to pay to work for them. You must ensure you have a kick ass portfolio. Also, try to do an internship in a local design studio. When applied priests, who also provide complete tasks within the application process. Make sure you know Adobe Suite, in the latest versions. If your school does not offer classes for graphic design, check with your local university. Usually, they offer non-credit courses that anyone in the community can take. They should have one for graphics.
