How much extra for mobile-friendly versions of each page? cost? (web design)?
How much should I charge for an additional mobile-friendly pages of a site? So that the page recognizes the screen size and switches, on a 5-10 page informational website with no ecommerce or user databases. Do simple mobile-friendly pages cost as much as regular ones?

We asked a vendor the same question … and the answer was about the same as a full website. A lot depends on what you’re doing. Some mobile-friendly websites are essentially separate websites – content is different, layouts are different, etc. If you’re going to be doing double the work, charge double the amount.
Ultimately it’s all about your time. I think you should review how many hours it will take you and charge appropriately.
