Logo Builder

Has anyone found and used an easy website builder? No flash or fancy needed. Just basic template choices with uploading/placing of pics/logos wanted. Multiple page. I’ve tried 3 that claimed to be simple/easy, but found one to be too plain, another too complicated and the third too much flash.
