I decided to create a Web design companies require such employees, please guide me to start, am I expecting?

Need some graphic designers, web programmers, Flash programmers / animators, directors projects, office managers, and personal selling. You have to hire lawyers and accountants, and IT systems (at least that's probably the cheapest).
