Is $125/hour for a psuedo-reputable web design firm expensive or cheap?

$100 to $125 per hour is the standard rate window for a designer who uses the latest technologies and codes using web standards. You can find rates much, much cheaper…but you will get what you pay for (and more than likely regret it).

By the way…my rate: $100 per hour.
