That charge for graphic design work?

I am a graphic designer in South Africa. I have 2 years of work experience, but I would like to start freelancing on the side. Seeing that I am quite inexperienced in comparison to others, how can I charge per project or per hour?

Set your own price, and then see if people are willing to pay that price. If so, maybe try again until they say it will not be charged. If you do not pay the asking price, just go lower.
