All advice or comments?

I'm a sophomore in college and I am very interested in computer graph, such as graphic design, typography, layout, packaging, logos, photoshop, etc. Currently I have a computer HP notebook, which is about 5 years. What type of material I recommend u get if I went to the practice of graphic art? In addition, such programs, in addition to Photoshop, it would be better to go? Any other information or advice would be helpful. Thankss!

Buy a Mac, for sure. A MacBook Pro or Mac Pro would be the best option if you can not afford an iMac or MacBook. What you get, make you have lots of RAM. Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Director, and Quark all programs that will need to use … I recommend at least Photoshop and Illustrator if not all of Adobe Creative Suite.
