Best Logo Designer
What logo/title do you guys think looks best?

It is for a project website I’m working on, it has to do with money and guessing, therefore the question mark and dollar sign. Also, any suggestions are appreciated. I’m a complete amateur web designer actually I can’t even say that, I’m not planning to be a web designer it’s just for this one project. Think it is too colorful?
I like the looks of #2 at first glance, but the use of the dollar sign and question mark is more descriptive. Maybe you could combine the best of everything, kind of like this?:
