How Do I get permission to make myspace layouts using logos Like DC, Hurley, And MLB logos?
I am starting up a website on which I will advertise for Companies to make money. Can anyone tell me If I need permission to have myspace layouts with other peoples logos on it? Example:( A layout of the Boston RedSox, Or New York Yankees).
If you are advertising companies to earn money, you first have to make sure they will actually pay you for the advertising you are giving them. You obviously cannot do this without talking to the companies to negotiate your fee. Surely at this point the issue of using their logo would also be discussed
