Online Graphic Designer

Hi. My friend and I are making a new RPG. Its going to be an online game, and he is an amazing coder. We have a lot of things coded so far. But it should be released by September, Beta in December. Its coming along nice. We’re looking for help though, doesn’t matter any ages. You don’t have to have a High School or College Diploma. You’ll get payed in September. But for now, you’ll just have to wait. And yes, you’ll get payed. So can anybody help us? Or do you know a good site where I can find coders or Graphic Designers that will work for cheap till we get money off the game?
