what is the best way to locate someone to design a program for me?
i want to hire someone to create a program for me for my website. the program would be sort of like an online mr. potato head where users could select from different eyes, ears, faces, hairstyles, etc… to form a character. i have no knowledge in this area (i’m a web design layout person myself). i don’t know where to find a person to hire to make this program (or at least get a quote to see if it is cost friendly to my site). any help would be appreciated.
