Design A Logo Online Free

Here’s the deal. I bought a Domain name… in my name. I designed a Logo…from scratch, with software….. I applied for a Trademark for that logo. I built a website and just havent published it yet.

I will be running a businees online, that is FREE consulting. But if it drives traffic, I may begin to charge a membership. I have a friend that wants to be on the “panel of consultants.” HOW DO I MAKE MYSELF THE PRIMARY, SINGLE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS, WITHOUT HIM TRYING TO SAY HE SHOULD GET 50%? Do I need to get a licence for a Web Site business? Where does it prove I am an Employer and he would be an Employee?
